The crowd was getting excited, and excited was only one step away from dangerous, in Blade’s book.

He’d done enough close personal protection work in his time to know that.

“Conn, we’ve leaving.”

“But we might be able to do something! Maybe we can lure it away. It might like some leaves or flowers for a snack or something.”

Blade shook his head. “We’re doing nothing without back-up, mate. It’s my job to keep you alive. This lot can take care of themselves, now when I say so, run! And don’t argue.”

At exactly that moment, the diplodocus started moving.
